Commissions

English Pewter Company is a market leader in the production of bespoke pewter items. Uniquely, our entire custom production facility is all in-house, which means we can cater for all sizes of orders. As all artwork, designs and rolling plates are created within the factory; we have strict control over quality and lead times.

Bespoke Designs

It is possible to have your own design manufactured by EPC. A growing number of clients are using this facility in order to create something completely unique to them. From vases, clocks, awards, and many other awards, to more intricate pieces of work such as that shown to the left, EPC can manufacture items to your specific requirements. Simply send a copy of your drawings for a quote, (please ensure to include all dimensions). There is a miminum quantity 50 units required.

Engraving

Engraving is the most popular form of personalisation on small runs. Using the very latest technology including laser engraving and computer controlled diamond cut, we can produce crests, logos and text to meet our customers requirements. Very fast turnaround and highly competitive rates. For engraving logos simply send a black and white copy of the artwork.

Rolling

This method is used to reproduce an image, logo, pattern or crest onto commissions. All products featured in the catalogue that have a design are manufactured this way. A purpose made rolling plate can be made with you very own design. It may be a corporate logo, sports club crest or special acheivement. Our own team of designers can create a template from photos or artwork supplied by the customer. Production starts on receipt of acceptance of approval model. This method is cost effective on quantities over 50 or more. There is a one off rolling plate charge and remains the property of the customer.

Printing

A new and cost effective method of producing high quality images/logos onto commissions. A choice of colours are available for print limited to only one colour per print. The size of the printable area is limited to a maximum of 50x50mm. The main advantage of using this method is that the print can be used on nearly all the items we manufacture. Low origination costs and fast turnaround. Minimum quantity 25 units.

Die Stamp

Where a customer is looking for a crest or logo to go on more than one item a die stamp is the best option. This has limitations to the size but is cost effective. Minimum quantity 25 items per production line.
