DELIVERY - Every effort is made to ensure ALL orders are delivered on time. Available stock orders are despatched immediately. Non available stock orders take approxiamately 1-2 weeks (this may fluctuate in peak periods).

APPOINTMENTS - Products can be ordered directly from the catalogue with our office staff. Alternatively appointments can be arranged for a member of our sales team to visit you.

ACCOUNTS - Pro-forma invoice is required on any first order. A 30 day trading account is available thereafter suject to trading references.
